wegmann

Alain Wegmann is a Professor at EPFL and Information Technology and Services Consultant. Alain Wegmann worked for 15 years at Logitech in development (Switzerland, US and Taiwan), manufacturing (Taiwan) and marketing (US). In 1997, he became a professor at EPFL. He heads a laboratory that develops the SEAM method; a method designed to work on business and IT alignment. SEAM is applied to define business and technical strategies, as well as business and IT services (ITIL compatible). SEAM is applied for teaching and consulting (http://lams.epfl.ch/reference/seam).

Zdravkovic 

Jelena Zdravkovic is the head of the Information Systems unit of the Department of Computer and Systems Sciences at Stockholm University. She has PhD in Computer and Systems Sciences at Royal Institute of Technology (KTH) from 2006, as well as the MBA in E-commerce. Prior to her PhD studies, Jelena worked as a software architect and team leader for systems development. Jelena has published more than 70 refereed papers in international conferences and scientific journals on the topics of enterprise modeling, business/IT alignment and requirements engineering. She is a regular reviewer for a number of international journals including several of Springer, such as Requirements Engineering Journal, as well as Elsevier’s Journal of Systems and Software, and Information & Software Technology journal, also IEEE Computing journal. She serves in the program committees of more than 10 international conferences and workshops. 

Traverson

Bruno Traverson est ingénieur-chercheur à EDF R&D depuis 1991. Ses activités principales sont ou ont été le conseil et l’expertise en architecture de Systèmes d’Information sur des projets opérationnels, la participation à des projets de R&D et la contribution aux travaux de normalisation de spécifications d’architecture (ISO), de protocoles de communication (ISO, EWOS) et d’interfaces de programmation (X/Open). Il a obtenu un Doctorat en Systèmes Informatiques de l’Université de Paris VI en 1991. Depuis 2007, il est également Professeur des Universités associé à l’Université de Versailles-Saint-Quentin-en- Yvelines (ISTY).

Gianluigi Viscusi (PhD) is research fellow at the Chair of Corporate Strategy and Innovation (CSI) of the EPFL, working with Prof. Christopher Tucci on the Future Enterprise FP7 research project (http://www.dbi-community.eu/approach). His research interests include information systems planning and business modelling, public policy and technology Innovation, e-Government, information quality and value, service management and engineering, social study of information systems. He has been consultant on e-government planning, policy design, and implementation roadmap for international organizations such as, e.g., the OECD. Currently, his research focuses on three main streams: crowd-driveninnovation, social value of open government, and translational research in innovation and technology management. His research has been published in a range of books, conference proceedings, and journals such as, e.g., Government Information Quarterly. In 2010 he has co-authored with Carlo Batini and Massimo Mecella the book “Information Systems for eGovernment: a quality of service perspective” (Springer, Heidelberg).

Langenberg

Thomas Langenberg is Co-Founder and CEO at Stylondo. He earned a diploma degree in aerospace engineering from the University of the Federal Armed Forces in Munich, Germany. Furthermore, he pursued a PhD in Technology and Innovation Management at Ecole Polytechnique Fédéral de Lausanne in Switzerland and Harvard University, USA. In his thesis, Thomas studied how social network structure affects information processing in intra and interfirm social networks. Thomas worked with Accenture, McKinsey & Company and The Nunatak Group in Munich. For the last six years, Thomas has been pursuing an entrepreneurial career. He founded and sold halalati.com, which is a framework for building Facebook Apps. His latest venture stylondo.com tries to change the way people discover and buy real estate.
