Architecture, functioning and governance of modern enterprises: Problems, Innovations
Emergence of new technological concepts (sensor networks, social networks, cloud, SOA) gives rise to new organizational paradigms (virtual organizations, networked enterprises, smart cities). For these types of environments new architectural principles, rules of operation and governance of IS are required.
This event is intended to bring together distinguished researchers, young researchers and industry experts in the domain to discuss issues related to architecture, operation and governance of modern enterprises. The goal is to get novel perspectives on these issues through the synergy between theory and practice. We are going to discuss methods, approaches and best practices in modeling, evaluation, simulation and validation related to enterprises and their information systems.
The workshop will be organised around six presentations offered by the invited speakers - the academic researchers and industrial experts in the domain of Enterprise Architecture and Governance. Each presentation will be followed by a discussion.
The lunch break and two coffee breaks will be proposed to the participants in order to continue the discussions "off-line".
